Oxford Homeware offers you premium quality products at affordable prices. We understand that sometimes even after keeping all the factors in view, there may be some problem with the product or you might get the wrong product. Therefore, we offer you the refund & exchange facility for the products you have bought. This facility is available for 30 days from the purchase date. The returned or exchanged items should be unused & in their original packing.
All the items must be “AS NEW AS BOUGHT” for the claim. They must have their original & undamaged packing box. You are needed to re-pack it in the way as you received it for return/exchange. Also, note that “FREE GIFTS” must be returned with the claimed products.
Oxford Homeware will not be responsible for any of the expenses of the unwanted or the returned products or any risk associated with them. The authorization process can take up to 14 from the date we receive the products.
