We offer a 30-days refund policy which means that if you receive any faulty or wrong product you can claim a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the company accepts your claim, you’ll be instructed on how to proceed & where to send your products.

Refund rules:

  • Note that the items to be refunded must be in their original packing & in “AS NEW CONDITION AS RECEIVED”. They must be unused, contain tags, & packed in their original packing. The packing boxes must not be tear & in re-sellable condition. You should also have the purchase proof. Note that the refunding expenses will be on your behalf.

  • If the products violate any of the claiming policies (the items should be ‘AS NEW CONDITION AS RECEIVED”, unused, contain tags, re-sellable condition, & packed in their original packing) you’ll not be refunded.

  • Please note that, if there are any damages or issues with the product, contact us as soon as possible. So that we can evaluate your issue & resolve it.

  • “FREE GIFTS” will also be returned with the product you’ll claim for the refund.

Refund Policy:

For a refund, the products must include all the accessories unused in their original packing. Plus, they should be in re-sellable conditions. After full inspection from our Returns Department, if the returned products meet the criteria of the company, you’ll receive the refunded amount. The refunded amount will not include the delivery cost.

If the received goods are not in re-sellable condition or violate any terms & conditions, we are sorry to tell you that our company will not accept them. Such products will be returned to you & you’ll be responsible for paying the delivery charges. 

Refund:

You’ll be notified through a mail if your items were approved for the refund or not once your products have gone through the authorized inspection from our inspection department. The whole process may take up to 14 days. We’ll be highly thankful for your patience & cooperation during the whole process.
